A woman, on trial over an alleged cover-up after the death of a man on an Oxford estate, called a police officer arresting her a 'paedophile' and a 'c***', a jury heard.
Michaela Pomeroy and Jemma Moir are both charged in relation to events after the death of Peter Crowley in April 2022.
Pomeroy, 33, of Stowford Road, Headington, has pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.
The jury previously heard that Moir, 27, formerly of Downside End, Oxford, was not fit to stand trial so they would be making a decision whether she committed the acts charged or not.
The pair are said to have helped to arrange preventing the lawful apprehension of Tia Pomeroy, who is Michaela Pomeroy's daughter, and Mason Robins, who was Tia Pomeroy's boyfriend at the time.

Tia Pomeroy was said to have attacked Peter Crowley outside the Underhill Circus shops in Barton on April 23 2022.
He was found dead in his flat the following day with the case initially treated by police as a murder investigation.
However this was dropped when it was discovered the 50-year-old's cause of death was due to alcoholic liver disease and drug intoxication.
Tia Pomeroy was previously convicted of actual bodily harm and one count of intending to pervert the course of justice.
Robins and Morton Morton, who is Tia Pomeroy's father, were also convicted of perverting the course of justice.
The jury previously heard Mr Crowley had been in a relationship with a woman called Gemma Pomeroy who was the sister of Michaela Pomeroy.
She died in March 2022 and the Pomeroy family blamed Mr Crowley as she relapsed drinking alcohol.
On May 22, detective constable Kevin Smith gave evidence about Michaela Pomeroy's arrest in July 2022.
The jury heard DC Smith attend her flat to arrest her and to recover her phone.
The officer said: "Michaela answered the door and very quickly became hostile. She closed the door on me.
"I put my foot in the door. She tried several times to shut the door. She called me a c***and a paedophile.
"She shut the door on my arm which caused a minor injury. I forced entry and she retreated into the flat and barricaded a door."
The jury heard that she did come out, but threatened to headbutt the officers, so she was put in handcuffs.
She was then arrested, but her phone was never found.
The jury also heard evidence about Mr Crowley's post-mortem examination. Despite the cause of death, it was heard he had 20 soft tissue injuries which were described as 'recent'.
These were to the head, right arm, legs and back.
