A prolific Oxford offender scratched a police officer and spat at a custody officer, a court heard.
Ali Bero, of Rymers Lane, Oxford, was sentenced at Oxford Crown Court on Monday, April 20.
The 25-year-old pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting emergency workers, one count of criminal damage and being in possession of class A and B drugs, namely cocaine and cannabis.
The court heard the offences were committed on February 7 and 8. The drug offences were committed in Oxford, with the others being committed at Banbury Police Station.

Bero wrote a letter to the officers apologising for his behaviour.
It said: "I'm sincerely sorry for my poor behaviour. I was worrying and panicking about people who had hurt me in the past.
"I feel ashamed for what I did. Please forgive me for my poor behaviour."
The court heard that Bero committed the offences while under the influence of drugs and that he said he had been stabbed two months earlier.
The court was told Bero, who appeared in court via a video link from prison, had been in custody for two months and 11 days.
Judge Ian Pringle KC said Bero had 19 previous convictions for around 50 offences.
Bero was given a five-month prison sentence and an order was made for the forfeiture of the drugs.
