The latest court cases in Oxford Magistrates' Court:
CHRISTOPHER MYERS, 49, of Valley Road, Lillington, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, pleaded guilty to three counts of drug driving in a VW Polo on the B4100 Banbury Road, Bicester, on November 1 last year. He was caught with cocaine, Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol and Benzoylecgonine. He also pleaded guilty to one count of being in possession of a class B drug, namely cannabis, on the same occasion. He was ordered to pay cots of £85, a victim surcharge of £112 and a fine of £200. He was also banned from the road for 18 months and an order was made for the drugs to be destroyed.
TIA MCLAUGHLAN, 25, of Henry Blyth Gardens, Thame, pleaded guilty to one count of drink driving in a Fiat 500 on London Road, Oxford, on February 13 this year with 48 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She was ordered to pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £110 and a fine of £276. She was also banned from the road for 12 months, but this can be reduced by three months if a course is completed by October 31 this year.
NEIL GRISBROOKE, 40, of The Orchard, East Challow, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving in a Vauxhall Corsa at Virginia Way, Abingdon, on December 14 last year with cocaine and Benzoylecgonine. He also pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and without third party insurance on the same occasion. He was ordered to complete 12 months of drug rehabilitation and comply with the orders of the responsible officer to attend appointments for a maximum of 12 days. He was also banned from the road for 48 months and must pay costs of £85 and a fine of £120.
FREDRICK NJOROGE, 25, of Botley Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for analysis, failing to stop when ordered to do so by a traffic officer, driving without a licence and driving without third party insurance in a Peugeot 308 on February 10 this year at Whitelands Way, Bicester. He was banned from the road for 17 months and ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work within 12 months.
WILLIAM SPICER, 39, of Nortons Terrace, Fordwells, Witney, pleaded guilty to drink driving in a silver Honda CRV at Norton Way, Carterton, on February 13 this year with 63 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was ordered to pay costs of £85 and a fine of £908. He was also handed 10 penalty points.
JAKE OSTRIDGE, 36, of Hanborough Close, Eynsham, pleaded guilty to drink driving in a silver Chevrolet at Hanborough Close, Eynsham, on February 11 this year with 91 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was ordered to pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £184 and a fine of £461. He was also banned from the road for 23 months, but this can be reduced by 23 weeks if a course is completed by July 21 next year.
DARREN DAVISON, 53, of Caversham Road, Reading, pleaded guilty to driving without third party insurance and driving without a licence at Cowley Road, Oxford, on February 14 this year. He also pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for analysis in Abingdon on July 26 last year. He was ordered to pay costs of £200, a victim surcharge of £80 and a fine of £200. He was also banned from the road for 36 months.
