The host said: "Clear this up for me, if you will. David Beckham, your husband – smokeshow – is now a knight, which means he is Sir David Beckham."

Lady Victoria replied: "He is."

Mr Cohen then asked if that would then make the former Spice Girl "Lady Victoria".

She then replied: "I am Lady Beckham."

The TV host then joked with a reference to her nickname, Posh Spice, from her Spice Girls days, that he could call her "Lady Posh".

"Listen, whatever you want," Lady Beckham responded.

"Whatever you want, anything for you."
