An Oxfordshire hotel has been named among the quirkiest hotels in the UK.
The Times listed 21 of the most eccentric stays in the country, with Artist Residence in South Leigh near Witney making the grade.
Finishing in fourth place, the hotel was listed as being best for a wonky-beamed work of art.
"We could have chosen any of the five Artist Residences for this list — quirkiness is in the group’s DNA, from an old Bristol boot factory to the brand’s original Brighton townhouse," read the article.

"We’ve plumped for its Oxfordshire pub, arguably the quirkiest of the bunch.
"Originally a 16th-century inn, it brims with bohemian fun — wonky wooden beds, tea chest side tables, copper tubs, neon signs and commissioned artworks — and there’s a choice of settings, from farmhouse lofts to stable suites and a spacious outbuilding hideaway.
"Complimentary bikes are offered for exploring the surrounding countryside."
This comes after another hotel located nearby was named among the best 50 hotels in the world.

Estelle Manor in North Leigh was ranked 47th by The World’s 50 Best Hotels 2025, which held its award ceremony in London last week.
The original house dates back to the 1770s, with the hotel covering a whopping 60 acres in total.
It has become a favourite for celebrity visits, with many stars making the trip to Oxfordshire to stay inside the historic building.
These include Hollywood actress Rebel Wilson, who visited last summer.
