A 'suspicious' man exposed himself to a young woman before looking through the window of a house.

Thames Valley Police said a woman in her 20s was walking towards Buckingham Road in Bicester, near KFC, when she saw a man exposing himself on the opposite side of the road, near to Buckingham Crescent at around 9.50pm on Thursday, October 9.

At around 10pm on the same night, a different victim, a woman in her late teens, was at an address on Merton Walk, when she saw a man in the garden looking through the window.

He approached the door before leaving, and came back 10 minutes later to look again before walking away.

The police force has described the offender as a white man of a slim build in his early 20s, around 5ft 7ins tall, wearing a black hoodie with the hood up and dark grey tracksuit bottoms.

He was also carrying a can of drink.

The police force believes the offender to be the same person in both of these incidents.

Investigating officer, PC Charlie Harrison, said: “I am appealing to anybody who witnessed either of these incidents or may have information that could assist in our investigation to contact Thames Valley Police.
