Bake Off: The Professionals is back, seeing experts in the field go head-to-head to be crowned this year's best patisserie team.
Comedian Ellie Taylor and Liam Charles will welcome a new batch of contestants as they face judges Cherish Finden and Benoit Blin.
Throughout the new series, which starts tonight, they will complete a series of difficult baking-related tasks and challenges.

Series 10 of Bake Off: The Professionals will start tonight (Tuesday, May 27) at 8pm and be available to watch and stream on Channel 4 and All4.
It will air for an hour until 9pm and be followed by 24 Hours in A&E.
