A stunning home worth £2.8m is up for grabs in the Cotswolds as Raffle House launches its latest Dream Home competition.

The most recent house draw from the competition platform is offering an enviable house just over the Oxfordshire border in Stow-on-the-Wold, where the lucky winner will be rubbing shoulders with celebrities.

With the original Daylesford Farm just a few miles down the road and Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm Shop only a little further, the new owners will have plenty of chances for star-spotting.

The luxury property itself was featured on the pages of House Beautiful when it was renovated.

It also has a living area and eat-in kitchen flanked by a separate dining area on one side and stylish family room on the other.

The family room has bi-fold doors that open onto a stone terrace, which features a garden room for sunny days.

Downstairs also features a cosy sitting room, study and cellar, plus visitor features for a country pad with a boot room for wellies and bespoke dog bed.

On the two upper floors of the Cotswold stone house are six bedrooms, all with en suites.

The luxury home comes fully kitted out with stylish furniture, and Raffle House also covers stamp duty costs and fees, so the winner will be able to move in cost-free.

The competition company also offers the option to take the cash equivalent of the nearly £3million home if it's not their "dream".

“While we believe all the luxury homes we offer are highly desirable, where and how you choose to live is a very personal thing, that’s why we offer a cash alternative," he said.

“That being said, our latest Dream Home is located in the Cotswolds, a first for Raffle House.

"The location means one can be in London in 90 minutes, so for many people the area provides the perfect blend of country and city living.

"There’s a good reason so many celebrities choose to live in the local area and we hope our lucky winner will too.”

A portion of each entry into the draw goes to the charity, chosen from one of 20 by the player. Paid entries can be purchased from £10, closing June 30.
