An Oxfordshire man has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman in Banbury.
Ashley King, of Deacon Way, Banbury has been charged with one count of sexual assault on a female.

The 31-year-old has been accused of intentionally touching a woman when she did not consent and he did not reasonably believe that she was consenting between April 28 and April 30, 2023. The complainant in this case cannot be named for legal reasons.

He pleaded not guilty to the offence on December 10 in the lower court.
King is now due to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on March 21 for a trial hearing.
It is due to take place at 10am. The trial is estimated to take four hours long.
