Oxford is one of the least Christmassy places in the UK, a new study has found.
The city has been crowned the third least Christmassy place in the UK, with only 1,505 Christmas-related online searches per 100,000 people.
This is in stark contrast to Bolton, the UK's most Christmas-obsessed place, which had 10,967 Christmas-themed searches per 100,000 people.
The study, conducted by SEO platform Ahrefs, analysed 80 of the most popular Christmas-related keywords in every UK town or city with a population of more than 100,000 people.
The researchers then calculated which places had the fewest Christmas-related searches per 100,000 residents, discovering the UK's top 10 'Grinch' places.
Oxford came third behind Hastings, which saw only 1,101 Christmas-related searches per 100,000 people, and Watford, which recorded 1,503 searches.
Elsewhere in the list of the 10 least Christmassy places were Cambridge, Cardiff, Derby, and High Wycombe.
Tim Soulo, chief marketing office at Ahrefs, said: "It is fascinating to see how interest in the Christmas season varies from city to city in the UK, with some cities showing comparatively little interest in Christmas, and some showing incredible enthusiasm for all things Christmas-related, from trees and decorations, to cosy Christmas pyjamas and gifts.
"Search interest can offer us powerful insights into festive trends."
Alongside Bolton, some of the most Christmassy places were Manchester, Croydon, Lincoln, and Wakefield.
