An Oxfordshire driver has been fined after being caught speeding in Nantwich.
Zhihao Zhang, of Sheep Street, Bicester, was caught on March 25 this year speeding on the A51 Nantwich Road.
The 38-year-old was caught by an automatic speed camera driving in a Toyota vehicle. His speed was recorded as 38mph in a 30mph speed limit zone.

He was charged under the Road Traffic Offences Act 1984 and was summoned to Warrington Magistrates’ Court on October 3.
Zhang pleaded guilty to the charge of speeding and was fined £69 and three penalty points were added to his record.
There were court costs of £90 and a victim surcharge of £27.
The total amount the driver will have to pay by the end of October is £186.
