One means 'major improvement is necessary'.
The scores range from zero, meaning urgent improvement, to five meaning 'very food'.
It is currently unknown as to why the coffee shop's rating has been marked as needing 'major improvement'.
The new rating means that of Oxford's 406 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 365 (90 per cent) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
