A circus show will be signed in British Sign Language when it comes to Oxford next week.
Circus Starr's performances will be held at 4.45pm and 7pm at Christian Life Centre on October 1.
The group, which was the first circus to welcome an interpreter to its events, will have every show of its autumn tour signed in British Sign Language.
The inclusion of a British Sign Language signer aims to ensure deaf audience members can enjoy all aspects of the show.
Circus Starr said it is "passionate about sharing their magical art form with those who usually miss out through no fault of their own".
It adapts its events to suit children who are disabled, have additional learning needs, or are disadvantaged by lowering the volume, toning down the lights, providing sensory packs, and offering free tickets.
Circus Starr's 2024 production will see the return of Ringmistress Mariska Gandey, Brazilian clown Lucus, and acrobatic group Fingers Crossed.
Fundraising director Michelle Crossley said: "We love sharing our fun events with those who usually miss out.
"Whilst our show is very visual, it is important to us that those who are deaf can enjoy the performance in its entirety, and we are proud to have the interpreters at each of our shows to help make that possible.
"Thank you so much to the kind businesses who help us continue our valuable work."
