A warning has been issued to drivers ahead of Oxford University Open Day.
Prospective applicants may be travelling long distances and taking time off school or work to visit the colleges today (September 20).
The first events start from 8am and will continue all day in Oxford with last events ending at 6pm.
There is no central campus in Oxford so visitors will be walking between venues.
Drivers are warned to expect 'high levels of pedestrian activity'.
Visitors are also asked to use the park and rides around the city.
