An Oxford restaurant is set to take diners on a culinary journey to Istanbul.
Six by Nico will serve its new Istanbul-inspired menu from September 23 to October 13.
The restaurant said the menu "celebrates the richness of Turkish cuisine, embracing culture at every turn," adding it "will transport diners to bustling bazaars and the vibrant streets of the Turkish destination".
It added: "This tasting menu is a culinary journey through the heart of Istanbul, drawing deep inspiration from Turkey's rich and diverse food traditions."
Andrew Temple, chief creative officer, said: "We're excited to transport diners to the vibrant streets of Istanbul and bring authentic yet bold flavours from Southeastern Europe to cities around the UK and Ireland."
Diners can expect dishes including cucumber and barbecue lettuce gazpacho, grilled chicken shish pida, toasted bulgar and aged beef, seabass with fennel jam, cumin belly pressé, and spiced date cake.
For an additional £7, they can add on golden peyniri, crispy filo, lor cheese, or acili same chutney to their fifth course.
The full tasting menu is priced at £50 per person, with an optional wine pairing starting at £38.
The restaurant caters to all dietary requirements, offering a full vegetarian menu for each new concept.
People can also swap courses from the meat menu to the vegetarian alternative. Other dietaries and certain allergens can also be catered to upon request
