Police are searching for a driver after a teenage cyclist was struck by a car during a suspected hit and run incident in north Oxfordshire.
A 14-year-old boy was knocked off his bike in Banbury, police said.
Thames Valley Police officers said a 14-year-old boy was struck by an unknown vehicle which was reportedly a dark grey or blue VW Golf-style car.
The vehicle was also reportedly speeding and failed to stop after the collision.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident which happened on the Warwick Road (B4100) in Banbury on Sunday (September 8) at around 2pm.
