A DRIVER has been disqualified after being caught drink driving in Oxford.
Sri Rajasinghe, of no fixed abode, was caught on August 2 this year drink driving on Thrift Place and Pegasus Road whilst over the drink drive limit.
The 45-year-old was caught with 55 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

Rajasinghe was also caught using a mobile phone whilst driving.
At Oxford Magistrates’ Court on August 29, he pleaded guilty to both offences.
He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months on completion of a driving course.
Rajasinghe was also fined £300.
The driver will also need to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £120.
