A Brize Norton zoo has announced the birth of a baby binturong.
Parents Winnie and Willow welcomed their first baby on July 11, and after several weeks in the nest, the binlet is now venturing outdoors at Crocodiles of the World.
Almost a year ago, Willow was introduced to Winnie, and the zoo were hopeful the two would have a baby.
More recently, keepers noticed Willow getting larger around the belly, before she gave birth to a healthy baby.
Binturongs, which are also known as bearcats, usually have one to three babies in any one pregnancy, but can have up to six.
However, the zoo said one baby is ideal for Willow, who is still relatively young.
It added: "We’re pleased to report that Willow is a fantastic mum, and the whole family is doing well.
"Initially she had mostly been caring for the little one quietly in her hidden nest box and indoor nursery.
"However, since the weather has warmed up again, she’s now bringing baby outside and they may be seen nestled together amongst the plants."
Binturongs are expert climbers, with 180 degree-rotating ankles, padded paws, long claws, and a strong tail for grabbing branches when climbing trees.
They are listed as a vulnerable species by the International Union for Conservation of Nature due to habitat destruction and illegal hunting.
