OxTrail, a countywide art installation which has seen more than 100 oxen sculptures spread across Oxfordshire this summer, is coming to a close later this month.
The event, which began on July 6 and will finish on August 29, is in support of Oxford-based Sobell House Hospice.
It has seen 139 oxen placed across the county for people to visit including 31 large oxen painted by artists all situated outdoors.
A further 108 smaller oxen have been placed across the city and the county in publicly accessible buildings.
Following the end of the installation, 43 of the sculptures will go to auction on September 13 to raise money for the hospice.
OxTrail is being held in partnership with Wild in Art, which has organised installations in Manchester, Sydney, Cape Town and São Paulo.
