A TEENAGER who has been charged with attempted murder after a stabbing in Banbury has appeared in court.
Alex Luszczkiewicz, 18, of Calthorpe Road, Banbury, was charged with one count each of attempted murder and possession of a knife blade/sharp-pointed article in a public place after being arrested by police.

The charges are in relation to an assault in People’s Park at around 11.55pm on August 4.

Luszczkiewicz was remanded in custody and appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Thursday (August 9) for his first hearing.
The teenager's case was adjourned and has been sent to the higher court.
He is now due to appear at Oxford Crown Court on September 6 for his plea and trial preparation hearing.
