“I WANT to kill myself,” a defendant accused of threatening to kill a doctor in Banbury.
Shane Brash, of no fixed appeared, appeared via video link from prison at Oxford Crown Court on Thursday (August 8) charged with one count of threats to kill.
The 36-year-old has been accused of threatening to kill Dr Saik de La Motte, a consultant psychiatrist, at St Marys Church in Banbury on July 23 this year.

He is accused of telling the psychiatrist that he would ‘cut his head off’.
Brash appeared for a plea and trial preparation hearing but the case has been delayed a psychiatrist can assess him.
He told the court he wanted to kill himself during the hearing.
The case will next be heard on August 23.
