THE cause of death of a man found deceased in his home in unascertained, an inquest opening has heard.
Paul Morgan, 59, was found dead at his home address in Green Ridges, Headington on July 1 this year.
He was found by police after the landlord requested a welfare check following messages from a neighbour conveying ‘the possibility’ he was dead.

A police officer verified his death at 10.40pm that evening.
At an inquest opening at Oxford Coroner’s Court on Tuesday (August 6), it was heard that a post-mortem examination was carried out.
However, his medical cause of death remains unascertained.
Coroner Darren Salter has scheduled a date for a full inquest to take place on August 9 at 10am.
