A total of 22 new homes will soon come to an Oxfordshire village as plans to change the site layout have been approved by councillors.
Housebuilder Hill Residential had already received permission to build the houses on land south of Halls Close in Drayton near Abingdon.
Now it has applied to vary a condition on the application as the developer wants to change the house types and materials.

The variations include finishing the "affordable housing" units in brick as well as removing an age restriction condition on the application.
While the development has already been started, it is yet to be completed.
In a covering letter, director Roger Smith said on behalf of the applicant: "The proposed changes to the scheme are relatively minor and do not result in any impacts which would result in an unacceptable impact when compared with the originally approved scheme.
"The amendments have been considered acceptable in the pre-application advice received."
Mr Smith added: "The change in materials for the affordable units is a management request from the Registered Provider but it remains the case that these units will be built 'tenure blind' as required by council policy.
"Plots 20 – 22 will be built in brick as construction work on these units is now well underway."
