A TRIAL date has been set for a Didcot man accused of threatening to disclose private sexual photographs.
Kane Swatton, of Evenlode Drive, Didcot, appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Thursday (July 4) charged with two counts.
The 30-year-old has been charged with threatening to disclose private sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress and one count of sending by public communication and offensive/indecent/obscene/menacing message.

It is alleged the offences happened against the same complainant between June 28 and June 29 last year.
Swatton has denied the charges and is now due to stand trial at the same court on September 13.
It is unknown how long the trial is due to last but if guilty, Swatton could face a prison sentence.
