THE sentencing of an alleged drug dealer has been delayed.
Dequan Francis, of Campbell Road, Oxford, was due to be sentenced at Oxford Crown Court on Monday (June 24) for two counts of possession with intent to supply a Class drug and one count of possessing criminal property.

It is alleged that on January 4 this year, the 20-year-old was caught in Long Ground, Oxford, with a quantity of crack cocaine, heroin and £80 in cash.
Francis was due to be sentenced but it was delayed as a pre-sentence report had not been prepared as well as other legal matters.
His case has now been adjourned to be heard at the same court at a later date.
