A man has been arrested for "failing to appear in court" after he had allegedly been driving a motor vehicle whilst over the prescribed limit of drugs.

The defendant, who is not being named at this stage, was due to appear in court on May 30 but did not show with police receiving information about his whereabouts in Abingdon this morning (Thursday, June 6).

PC Dollery and Jenkins arrested the man who appeared in court today with a decision still to be made on the charge.
