There are reports that there is a traffic light signals fault at the A34 Milton Interchange with the A4130 for Didcot.
The advisory was issued on social media by Oxon Travel, which is run by Oxfordshire County Council.

The tweet warned motorists at around 9.20am.
They said an engineer is onsite to fix the issue, and are urging motorists to approach the junction slowly and with caution.
The interchange is 13 miles south of Oxford.
