A Greek food vendor in Banbury is relocating after being situated in the Castle Quay shopping centre for four years.

Mr Souvlaki has now closed in Lock29 and will soon be making the move to Broad Street.

Founder of Mr Souvlaki, Ilias Alexeas, said that he is aiming to open the new restaurant at the end of June.

He said he will be moving the business to a bigger space where he can operate longer hours and have a long term lease, which will allow him to have stability.

Mr Alexeas, said: "I am very grateful to Lock29 as they have given me the opportunity to start from there.

"It is a great way to start a business or a concept.

"The people of Banbury have always supported our business, and for them we will open a permanent shop to be able to serve longer hours and experience our Greek hospitality in an environment where they can feel cosy as if they were at home."
