CLAUDIU PRUNA, 21, of Elder Way, Wantage, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Wantage on November 17 last year. They were disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £240. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £96.

MICHAEL CRAWLEY, 40, of Imperial Way, Chislehurst, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft. On March 8, he stole art supplies to an unknown value from The Range in Banbury and on the same day he stole £114.45 worth of products from Hobby Craft in Oxford. He was ordered to pay £155.11 in compensation and was fined £120. There were court costs of £85.

LUKASZ TOTON, 44, of Banbury Road, Oxhill, pleaded guilty to being the driver of a vehicle which failed to stop after a road accident in Rutton Lane, Yarnton on April 13 this year as well as drink driving on the same day with 103 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He also pleaded guilty to driving without a licence. He was fined £884 and disqualified from driving for 28 months, reduced by 28 weeks. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £707.

CHRISTOPHER BROCK, 49, of Hart Place, Bicester, pleaded guilty to one count of theft from a sop after stealing £42.26 of chocolate and milk from B&M in Bicester on April 17 this year. He was ordered to pay £21.13 in compensation and was fined £80. There were no other orders for costs.

SUZANNE LONG, 39, of Hart Place, Bicester, pleaded guilty to three counts of theft from a shop. On April 8, she stole an unknown value of goods from B&M in Bicester, on April 10 she stole £50.44 worth of cleaning and laundry products from B&M in Bicester, and on April 17 she stole £42.26 of chocolate and milk from B&M in Bicester. She was fined £120 and ordered to pay £21.13 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

BENJI ROSS, 31, of North Moreton, Didcot, was found guilty of one count of assault by beating of a man in Didcot on July 7 last year. He was given a period of conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay £50 in compensation. There were court costs of £982 and a victim surcharge of £26.

ROY MANOCK, 41, of White Road, Cowley, pleaded guilty to assault of a woman occasioning her actual bodily harm on April 5 this year in Banbury as well as one count of possession of a weapon, namely an extendable baton, in a private place in Banbury on February 29 this year. He was given a community order to complete 12 months of alcohol rehabilitation treatment and 28 days of rehabilitation activity. He was also fined £140 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the baton. There were court costs of £85.

GARTH ROWBOTTOM, 40, of Haslingden, Rossendale, pleaded guilty to driving in Bicester on the M40 on April 17 this year without a driving licence and without third-party insurance. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months and fined £140. There were court costs of £85.
