ALEX NEWCOMB, 30, of Brunswick Street, Leamington Spa, pleaded guilty to one count of theft by employee after stealing £1,576 of cash from Brewers Fayre in Bicester between August 4, 2018 and September 10, 2023. He was given a community order to complete eight days of rehabilitation activity and 100 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay £1,576 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

SUZANNE LONG, 39, of Hart Place, Bicester, pleaded guilty to entering a premise in Ray Road, Bicester on November 10 last year, which was made subject to a closure order at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on August 21 last year. She was fined £40. There were no other orders for costs.

DAVID RENNIE, 53, of Dashwood Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for testing in Banbury on March 17 this year after being suspect of having committed a road traffic offence. He was given a community order to complete 150 hours of unpaid work and was disqualified from driving for 30 months, reduced by 30 weeks. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

JASON WHITE, 34, of Balliol Road, Bicester, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Wheatley on October 31 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £550. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £220.

CHRISTOPHER PARSONS, 34, of Henor Mill Close, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Abingdon on November 15 last year. He was disqualified for driving for 12 months and fined £200. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £160.

VANSE KOUEBITRA, 34, of Fox Hollow Drive, Bexleyheath, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug, a quantity of cannabis, on January 3 this year in Banbury and possession of a Class A drug, MDMA, on the same day. They were fined £300 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £120.
