Six young men appeared at Oxford Crown Court today to deny kidnap and assault.
Imran Khan, 17, of Shelley Road, East Oxford, denied two counts of kidnap and one of actual bodily harm.
Ameen Mohammed, 18, of Tawney Street, East Oxford, denied two counts of kidnap and one of actual bodily harm.
Haroon Mohammed, 19, of Golden Road, East Oxford, denied two counts of kidnap and one of actual bodily harm.
Soqab Dogar, 18, of Tawney Street, East Oxford, denied one charge of kidnap and one of actual bodily harm.
Two other youths, aged 16 and 17, also each denied two charges of kidnap and one of actual bodily harm.
All six were given conditional bail and were ordered to return to court for a trial on March 2 next year.
The charges relate to two alleged incidents in Cowley on December 16, 2007, and March 17, 2008.
