Nine restaurants and takeaways in Oxford have been given the maximum score for food hygiene following inspections by the Food Standards Agency.
The venues were rated in December, April and May, with all of them achieving five stars.
Babylon House Of Shawarma at 113 London Road, Headington, the Oxford Trust at Stansfeld Park, Quarry Road, and Temptations Dessert Lounge at 231 Banbury Road were among those rated.

Also awarded the maximum ratings were the New Dancing Dragon at 283 Banbury Road and the Spice Lounge at 193 Banbury Road.
Two venues under the pubs, bars and nightclubs category were also scored five stars.

These were the West Oxford Democrats Club Ltd at 1 North Street and the East Oxford Conservative Club at 62 James Street.
Two takeaways in Oxford also achieved the maximum rating.
These were Yunus Zain Ltd at 6 Gloucester Street and Wingsmith at 1 Southfield Cottage, Barracks Lane.

Ratings are a reflection of the standards of food hygiene found at the time of inspection and it is the responsibility of the business to comply with food hygiene law at all times.
A rating of five means hygiene standards are deemed to be 'very good' at the establishment.
