The details of the alleged offence are that on February 21 this year, Joy allegedly touched a woman aged 16 or over and he did not reasonably believe that she was consenting.
Due to the nature of the alleged offence, the complainant in this case cannot be named for legal reasons.
Joy, of George Street, Banbury, has denied the offence and a trial date has been set to take place at the same court on August 7 this year.
