LEWIS UPTON, 31, of Burwell Meadow, Witney, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Witney on September 15 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £400.

SHAUN MULLEE, 42, of Worthington Way, Wantage, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Wantage on March 7 this year with 49 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months, reduced by 14 weeks, and fined £600. There were court costs of £85.

ROSS MCGINLEY, 33, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to one count of theft of a mail bag on March 15 this year in Abingdon Road, Oxford after taking an Amazon parcel belonging to someone else. He also pleaded guilty to stealing £296 worth of fragrances from John Lewis in Oxford on March 22 and one count of assault by beating of a man in Speedwell Street, Oxford on March 22 this year. He was given a six-month prison sentence, suspended for 18 months. He was ordered to complete 12 months of alcohol treatment and 20 rehabilitation activity days. There were no orders for costs.

PHILLIP CLARKE, 66, of Wood Street, Wallingford, was found guilty of damaging a pair of glasses to the value of £408 on February 18 last year in Wallingford as well as two counts of assault by beating of two different people on the same day. He was ordered to pay £533 in compensation. There were also court costs of £500 and a victim surcharge of £40.

ROBERT RICHENS, 33, of Sherwood Avenue, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to obstructing/resisting a constable in their execution of duty in Abingdon on August 15 last year. He was fined £69. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £28.

ELIZABETH WHALEY, 40, of North Drive, Grove, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Didcot on February 9 this year with 110 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She was given a community order to complete six months of alcohol treatment and disqualified from driving for 24 months, reduced by 24 weeks, and fined £215. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

TIM GURNEY, 30, of Baynham Road, Mitcheldean, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Oxford on September 22 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £80. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.
