Plans have been lodged to replace a city centre yoga and fitness studio in an effort to "help the vitality of the local economy".

The former studio, located in St Clement's Street in Oxford, is vacant but may soon be converted to a building for business and commercial use.

Application documents do not specify what the exact building would be but emphasise that it would not include a restaurant.
