A museum in Oxford has been ranked as the sixth-best free attraction in the UK.
A study by GO Outdoors, using data from Google searches, visitor numbers, Google Maps ratings, and Instagram posts, unveiled the top UK free outdoor attractions for 2024.
The Ashmolean Museum ranked sixth after achieving a free activity score of 8.994 out of 10.
It received 430,900 Google searches and more than 700,000 visitors.
The top spot went to the Natural History Museum in London, followed by the National Gallery and the British Museum.
London dominated the top 10 with six of the attractions being located in the capital, while Scotland was represented by the Royal Botanic Garden in Edinburgh.
