RICHARD DAVIS, 33, of Waynflete Road, Headington, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Oxford on September 2 last year with 141 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months, reduced by 20 weeks, and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.

ROXANNE TOWNSEND, 33, of Sorrel Way, Carterton, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal damage in Eynsham on July 5 last year after damaging a Ring doorbell and an Audi to an unknown value. She was ordered to pay £80 in compensation and was also fined £80. There were no other orders for costs.

TINA KIRBY, 43, of Boxhedge Square, Banbury, was found guilty of stealing £383.90 of cosmetics items from Boots in Castle Quay, Banbury on October 25 last year as well as one count of assault by beating of Daniel Spicer in Christchurch Church on the same day. She was also found guilty of using threatening, abusive, insulting words/behaviour with intent to cause fear or provoke unlawful violence on the same day as well as stealing £17.98 worth of shaving razors from The Range in Christchurch Court on the same day. She pleaded guilty to one count of failing to surrender to court/police bail at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on February 12 this year. She was given an 18-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months. She will need to complete 12 months of drug rehabilitation treatment and 20 days of rehabilitation activity. There were no orders for costs.

CARYS HAYES, 23, of Fitzharrys Road, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to one count each of assault by beating in Abingdon on January 22 this year, racially/religiously aggravated intention harassment/alarm/distress, two counts of using threatening, abusive, insulting words/behaviour with intent to cause fear or provoke unlawful violence, two counts of common assault on an emergency worker, one count of possession of a bladed article, scissors, and two counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker. She was given a community order to complete 15 days of rehabilitation activity and was ordered to pay £250 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

CHARLES ZIHNI, 30, of Verney Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving in Bloxham on September 6 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.
