SEAN MASON, 59, of Austin Meadow, Churchfields, Witney, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Witney on February 17 with 116 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 26 months, reduced by 26 weeks, and fined £1,230. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £492.

EMIL BONEV, 36, of Cypress Gardens, Bicester, pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating in Bicester on February 18 this year. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay compensation of £30. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £40.

AQUELINO DA COSTA XAVIER, 36, of Lobelia Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to being in charge of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, 84 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, on February 18 this year in Oxford. He was disqualified from driving for one month and fined £276. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £110.

SIMON SHEPPARD, 55, of Cowley Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to one count of using threatening/abusive/insulting words/behaviour to cause harassment/alarm/distress on May 19 last year in Oxford. He was ordered to pay £75 in compensation. There were court costs of £85 but no order for a victim surcharge.

SIMON VILLIERS, 59, of Abbotshall Road, London, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Bicester on January 26 this year with 94 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath on the M40. He was given a community order to complete six rehabilitation activity days and was disqualified from driving for 25 months, reduced by 24 weeks, and fined £200. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

MILEN ANGELOV, 37, of Edmund Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for testing at Abingdon Police Station on January 27 this year after having been suspected of having been in charge of a vehicle while having committed an offence. He was fined £333 and had 10 penalty points added to his driving record. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £133.

JOHN HAWKINS, 53, of Banbury Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to stealing six steaks to the value of £39.60 from Sainsbury’s in Headington on February 12 this year. He was given an 18-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. He will also need to complete 12 months of drug rehabilitation treatment. There were no other orders for costs.
