CHRISTIAN ELLIS-LEACHMAN, 20, of Farmers Close, Witney, indicated guilty to possession of a Class B drug, a quantity of cannabis, in Witney on April 13 last year. He was fined £100 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were court costs of £50.

ROGER RADBURN,48, of Rymers Lane, Oxford, pleaded guilty to stealing £48 of alcohol from Tesco in Oxford on July 6 last year. He was given a community order to comply with electronic monitoring and to pay £48 in compensation. He was also excluded from entering Tesco for six months. There were no other orders for costs.

ANDREW HAYES, 57, of Liberator Lane, Grove, pleaded guilty to harassment/breach of a restraining order on May 14 last year in Market Place, Wantage by banging on the car window of a woman he was prohibited from contacting due to an order made at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on April 26, 2018. He was given a community order to complete 30 rehabilitation activity days and 80 hours of unpaid work. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

MARTIN COX, 51, of Couldrey Close, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to breaching a criminal behaviour order on February 23 this year by drinking alcohol from an open vessel in Ock Street, Abingdon, breaching the order made at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on September 3, 2020. He was fined £100. There were also court costs of £85.

MIGONNE UWASE, 33, of Kimberclose, Wheatley, pleaded guilty to speeding in Horspath on April 26 last year, driving at 40mph in a 30mph speed limit zone. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40. There were no other orders for costs.

SIMON SHIELDS, 61, of Honley Wood Close, Bransholme, pleaded guilty to speeding on June 19 last year on the A44 Worcester Road, Chipping Norton. He was recorded driving at 37mph in a 30mph speed limit zone. He wad fined £100. There were court costs of £90 and a victim surcharge of £40.

FABIO COSTA, 31, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to failing to attend unpaid work appointments on January 7 and January 11 this year after an order was made at Oxford Magistrates Court on September 5 last year. He was ordered to complete a further 88 hours of unpaid work to mark the breach. There were no orders for costs.

KONSTANTANINOS PEMATI, 27, of Blenheim Way, Horspath, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class A drug, a quantity of cocaine, in Saffron Waldren on March 12, 2019. He was given a period of conditional discharge for six months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £21.

NICK GREENSTED, 33, of Colwell Road, Witney, pleaded guilty to speeding on the M6 motorway near Allostock on January 28, 2022. He was caught exceeding the 50mph speed limit. He was fined £90. There were court costs of £90 and a victim surcharge of £34.

SHANE GOW, 30, of Hailey Road, Witney, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle without proper insurance on August 22, 2023. He was fined £100. There was also a victim surcharge of £40. There were no other orders for costs.
