A former school chapel in Wantage which is now a dentist has been placed on the market.
Based In Newbury Street, the former St Mary’s Chapel is up for sale with a guide price of £170,000.
It was once part of St Mary’s School but was put up for sale by developer Berkeley Homes before becoming a dental practice in 2012.

The building, which also has four car parking spaces, is fully let to Rodericks Dental in a deal until 2026.
Estate company Rightmove states the building is producing £26,028 per year.
Rodericks Dental is a dental group with more than140 practices across England and Wales.
In 2022, Rodericks Dental reported a turnover of £79.44m, a net worth of around £46m.
