Oxford University's Reuben College has applied to Oxford City Council for an alcohol licence.
The application is for the sale of alcohol until 11pm, seven days a week.
The application was made on February 14 for 1-2 Parks Road, Oxford.
The premises are not open to the public other than for pre-booked events.
Oxford City Council's Licensing Authority, located at the Town Hall, St. Aldates, Oxford, has the application available for viewing.
It can also be viewed by emailing licensing@oxford.gov.uk.
Any person can make their representation in writing about this application until March 13, provided they state their grounds for the representation.
Knowingly or recklessly making a false statement in connection with the application is an offence, which can result in an unlimited fine on conviction.
