MARTIN EAST, 36, of Weyland Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating on December 29 last year in Grenoble Road, Oxford and one count of being drunk in a sports ground on the same day. He was given a community order to complete six months of alcohol treatment and was made subject to a three year football banning order. He will also need to pay £100 in compensation. There were court costs of £25 and a victim surcharge of £114.

PHILIP BEAVON, 38, of Terrett Avenue, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Oxford on August 9 last year in Courtland Road. He was fined £600 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £240.

ADAM WELLS, 35, of Springfield Avenue, Banbury, pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating on April 29 last year in Banbury. He was given a community order to complete 22 days of rehabilitation activity and was fined £1,000. There were court costs of £620.

ADAM JONES, of Luther Street, Kidlington, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police constable on September 17 last year in Oxford and one count of using threatening, abusive words, behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on September 26 last year. He was jailed for 24 weeks and ordered to pay £50 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

MADDIE TAYLOR, 18, of Ripley Avenue, Minster Lovell, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Witney on July 29 last year in Witney with 55 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She also pleaded guilty to failing to stop after a road accident on the A4096 Curbridge Road, Witney after a person was injured and one count of driving without a licence. She was given a community order to abstain from alcohol for 30 days and must complete 200 hours of unpaid work. She was disqualified from driving for 24 months, reduced by 24 weeks. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

DECLAN COOK, 25, of St Johns Close, Didcot, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Station Road, Didcot on August 1 last year and driving without a licence. He was fined £375 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months. There were no other orders for costs.
