A TEENAGE boy who was charged with three counts of sexual activity with a child has had all charges against him dropped.
The 15-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was on trial at Oxford Magistrates’ Court last week on Thursday (February 8) and Friday (February 9).
He was charged with two counts of rape of a girl aged 13 and one count of engaging in sexual activity with a 13-year-old girl, who also cannot be named for legal reasons, in Thame.

However, the Crown Prosecution Service has discontinued its case against him and three charges have been discontinued and the trial stopped.
It is unknown why the case was discontinued and whether any future charges will be brought against the teen.
