A NEW trial date has been set for a man accused of harassing a cinema projectionist.
Catalin-eonud Pelinescue has been charged with one count of stalking between June 8, 2021, and September 11, 2021.
The 41-year-old is accused of harassing a projectionist who worked at The Ultimate Picture Palace in Oxford's Cowley Road.

Pelinescue denied the offence.
He said that although he did visit the cinema because he enjoyed it, he did not believe his behaviour to be harassing in any way.
The defendant was due to stand trial on at the of January at Oxford Crown Court but the proceedings had to be adjourned.
Pelinescue is now due to stand trial on January 8 next year instead at the same court.
