JOSEPH ARGYLE, 40, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft. He stole £277 worth of gift sets from Boots in Castle Quay in Banbury on December 13 last year. He was given a conditional discharge of 12 months and ordered to pay £108 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

ELLISTON COBLE, 23, of Hanson Drive, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Upper Heyford on December 19 last year with 52 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months, and fined £346. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £138.

MARK BUTLER, 39, of Bywater Drive, Banbury, pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention in Banbury on December 19 last year as well as failing to stop a vehicle when asked to do so by a constable or traffic warden on the same day. He was fined £346 and had six penalty points added to his driving record. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £138.

DAVID BRENT, 42, of Beech Avenue, Swindon, pleaded guilty to three counts of fraud by false representation. On December 17 last year, he used two bank cards belonging to different people. He was given a community order to complete 90 hours of unpaid work and pay £120 in compensation. There were court costs of £40.

RICARDO VIERA, 32, of Usk Road, Aveley, South Ockendon, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for testing on December 23 last year after being suspected of having committed an offence. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months, reduced by 24 weeks, and fined £200. There were court costs of £40 and a victim surcharge of £80.

BARRY CRICHTON, 42, of Minchery Road, Littlemore, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Wallingford on December 23 last year with 99 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was given a community order to complete 15 days of rehabilitation activity and 80 hours of unpaid work. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months, reduced by 24 weeks. There were court costs of £40 and a victim surcharge of £114.

EMMA PUDDEFOOT, 21, of Bluebell Way, Carterton, pleaded guilty to drink driving on December 24 last year in Burford Road with 45 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months, and fined £80. There was also a victim surcharge of £32.

REECE STORER, 20, of Dover Avenue, Banbury, pleaded guilty to three counts of assaulting an emergency worker on December 25 last year in the car park of Barley Mow, Banbury. He was given a community order to complete 80 hours of unpaid work and was also ordered to pay £50 in compensation. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

MARIAN DARAGUSIM, 28, of Nickling Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drink driving on December 26 last year in Banbury with 40 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months, and fined £80. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.
