CHANTELLE AUSTIN, 32, of Hart Place, Bicester, pleaded guilty to remaining on a premise under a closure order in Bicester on December 20 last year. She was given a 14-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. She was fined £80. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.

ALEXANDER ENGLEBY, 28, of Simmons Road, Henley, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving in Henley on May 18 last year as well as one count of dangerous driving in Crisp Road, Luker Avenue, Simmons Road, and Cooper Road and one count of failing to stop a vehicle when required to do so by police. He was given a 16-week prison sentence, suspended by 12 weeks. He must also complete 16 days of rehabilitation activity, 120 hours of unpaid work and is disqualified from driving for 18 months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £154.

DANIEL MCMASTER, 34, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to causing racially aggravated harassment, alarm or distress by using threatening, abusive of insulting words on July 22 last year in Oxford as well as one count of using threatening, abusive or insulting words, one count of assault by beating and two counts of assaulting an emergency worker. He was jailed for five months. There were also court costs of £250.

VINCENT MCMACKIN, 41, of St Clements, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Didcot on March 28 last year. He was given a community order to complete 120 hours of unpaid work and was disqualified from driving for two years. There were court costs of £85.

CHARLOTTE BELCHER, 21, of Comfrey Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to permitting the use of a vehicle to someone else who was not covered by insurance. She also pleaded guilty to two counts of assault of an emergency worker on October 7 last year and one count of obstructing a constable. She was given a community order to complete 30 rehabilitation activity days and 150 hours of unpaid work. She was disqualified from driving for six months and had six penalty points added to her driving record. There was no order for costs.

JOSHUA BULLOCK, 20, of East Avenue, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified in Oxford on November 1 last year as well as driving without third-party insurance. He was given a community order to complete 150 hours of unpaid work and was disqualified from driving for nine months. There were court costs of £85.

MOHAMMED CHOUDRY, 23, of Catherine Street, Reading, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Oxford on November 26 last year with 46 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months, and fined £250. There were court costs of £250 and a victim surcharge of £100.

MARTIN BROUGH, 33, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe unlawful violence would be used against them in Luther Street, Oxford on November 27 last year. He was jailed for 18 weeks. There was a victim surcharge of £154.
