Major plans to build more than 150 homes in Thame have been proposed by developers.

A full application for 154 homes on the land north of Oxford Road has been submitted to South Oxfordshire District Council, the planning authority.

The plans have been put forward by planning agents Savills on behalf of the applicants – a collection of six companies and individuals.

The public can have their say on the plans in a public consultation that runs until February 1.

The target decision date for the application is March 19.

The proposed homes represent the final two phases of development from the 203 homes that were approved on the land in 2015.

The first phase has already been built and is fully occupied.
