Westgate Oxford has welcomed various new brands ahead of Christmas.

The new stores include jewellery and accessories store, Claire’s, eyewear retailer Sunglass Hut, Taiwanese chicken restaurant, Ji Chicken and Korean skincare specialists, PURESEOUL.

Claire’s opened its 989 sq ft store on December 2 on the upper ground.

The store has a variety of jewellery, hair, cosmetics and fashion accessories and provides piercing services, boasting over 100 million ears pierced worldwide.

Sunglass Hut, the world's largest luxury, fashion, lifestyle and sports sunglasses retailer, also opened on the upper ground.

Opening on December 18, it has a host of sunglasses from popular brands and an array of accessories in a 1,125sq ft unit.

Taiwanese chicken restaurant, Ji Chicken, appeared in Westgate Social Oxford Street Food on the lower ground level on November 22, offering a menu of chicken, seafood and vegan options, and a wide variety of bubble teas.

Leading Korean beauty brand PURESEOUL opened its first store outside London on December 20 in a 2,225sq ft unit on the north arcade.

A spokesperson from PURESEOUL said: "We're thrilled to bring the vibrant world of K-beauty to Oxford."
