The latest court cases in Oxford Magistrates Court:

PETER THOMAS, 41, pleaded guilty to five breaches of a non-molestation order made on November 12 at family court in Oxford. The breaches were on the same day when Thomas sent a text to someone he was prohibited from contacting, posted two videos on the internet about that person, and making two phone calls. He was fined £80. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.

COURTNEY GOODWIN-DILIBERTO, 22, of Aldiss Drive, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting a police constable on December 22 in Faringdon, and possession of two small bags and a joint of cannabis. She was given a community order to complete 18 months of mental health treatment and was ordered to pay £70 in compensation. A forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs There was no order for costs.

ELLIS LAWRENCE, 31, of Warburg Crescent, Oxford, pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating of a police officer on April 15 this year. He was given a community order to abstain from alcohol for 90 days and complete six months of mental treatment. There were also 100 hours of unpaid work he needed to pay as well as £50 in compensation. There was also a victim surcharge of £114.

CHLOE BRIDGES, 22, of Chestnut Close, Brize Norton, Carterton, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Wantage on March 28. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £150. There were court costs of £40.

RAKESH RAJ, 42, of James Wolfe Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to stealing alcohol and a bag to the value of £95.50 from Sainsburys in Oxford on October 4. He was given a community order to complete six months of drug treatment and 10 days of rehabilitation activity. There was also a £40 fine and a victim surcharge of £114.

KYLE WILLIAMS, 31, of Coriander Way, Oxford, was found guilty of failing to provide a specimen for testing on October 16 last year after being suspected of having committed a driving offence. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months and fined £400. There were also court costs of £400 and a victim surcharge of £80.

IAN GREENWOOD, 35, of Walton Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to three counts of theft and one count of assault. On November 9, he stole £53.30 of food items from the Co-op, on November 16 he stole £340 of alcohol from Sainsburys, and on November 25, he stole £220 of items from the Co-Op. On November 16, he assaulted a man by beating in Templers Square, Cowley. He was jailed for 24 weeks.

DANIELS WILLIAMS, 35, of Harebell Road, Harwell, pleaded guilty to assault of a police constable on December 2 last year in Didcot. He was given a community order to complete 100 hours of unpaid work and six days of rehabilitation activity. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
