A FLASHER has admitted to exposing his genitals on two different occasions in Oxford.
Kristians Leons, of Pheasant Walk, Littlemore, pleaded guilty to two counts of exposure at Oxford Magistrates Court on Tuesday (December 12).
The first incident happened on April 29 in Oxford and the second took place on May 1, also in the city.

The 31-year-old was charged under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and could face up to two years imprisonment. It is also likely he to be made subject to notification requirements of the Sex Offenders’ Register.
Leons will be back in the lower courts on January 12 to be sentenced for the charges.
